As a labor representative, Leila has spent years standing shoulder to shoulder with workers.

Since 2005, she has worked with the City of Indio, and spent her career breaking down barriers for others through a life of public service.

In the State Assembly, Leila will fight for working families in Riverside and San Bernardino Counties by taking on corporate greed, advocating for affordable housing, pushing for good-paying jobs, and working to expand access to education and quality healthcare.
